FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What game are these dice for?
These action block dice are designed for use with Blood Bowl and other fantasy football tabletop games. They're ideal for fast-paced dice-based play.

What size are the dice?
All five dice are 16mm 6-sided dice, with rounded, smoothed edges.

What is the symbol on the 6th side of the dot dice?
The NMD Hoard dragon appears on the '6' because the world Needs More Dragons, and we want to celebrate your epic roll with you.

What do the action symbols mean?
Push (Arrow): The defending player is pushed back one square.
Stumble (Exclamation mark): The defending player is knocked down unless they have the Dodge skill.
POW (Defender Down): The defending player is knocked down. This result can knock down even players with the Dodge skill. 
Skull (Attacker Down): The attacking player is knocked down.
Double Skull (Both Down): Both the attacking and defending players are knocked down.

Can I buy extra action dice or just the logo dice?
No. The set comes in a set of five; three action dice and two dot D6.

Why are there two different colours?

The two different colours help distinguish between the action dice and the dot dice. We found players often rolled the wrong type when all dice were the same colour — especially during fast-paced gameplay.

By alternating the colours of the dice, your dice set stays a set but helps reduce rolling the wrong one in that critical moment.

Are other colours available?

Will the symbols wear off with use?
Dice icons have been lasered into the dice and painted to enhance the contrast, so they won't wear down.

How are they packaged?
The dice will be sent in their own gold foil pack so you can transfer them into your own luckty dice bag. Don't have one yet, we have you covered. Check out our Dragon scale dice bags or upcycled dice bags before finalising your dice order.

Can I get these a present, or are they team-specific?
